Applique:
Print or trace your design onto polystick, cut out and then peel off the release paper. Hand press your shape onto fabric, turn your seam allowance around the shape and stitch
Embroidery:
Place polystick into your hoop, score back of release paper. Place item to be embroidered onto the sticky side of Polystick. Embroider your design, remove from hoop and tear away excess Polystick.
Polystick will wash out in regular washing with a mild detergent
